The results

My research on effective journalism instruction indicates that students learn from experiential learning (Kolb).

1. By working on a university publication.
2. By participating in internships.
3. By having mentors.
4.By learning about convergent journalism, social media and freelance work opportunities.
5. By having someone they trust edit their work and explain the mistakes and edits.

More to follow....

I truly believe that this is the way students learn effective journalism skills and also experiential learning. These are great results that you have found.
